The style of Palazzo Brenzoni

The restoration of the Residence Palazzo Brenzoni in Verona came about with a clear objective: to make a historic building welcoming and lively without betraying its charm. For this, we have added a contemporary touch to the architectural importance of the building, creating a pleasant balance between past and present.

The rooms have been enriched with design pieces and modern works that dialogue with the original decor. Iconic furniture and accessories from the 1950s to the 1980s add character and personality to each space, offering guests a unique experience far removed from the rigidity that often accompanies monumental buildings.

Each flat is inspired by a great opera - from Otello to Carmen, from Aida to Tosca - a tribute to the musical tradition of Verona. This is why there is no lack of details recalling the world of music and theatre. Other objects, on the other hand, recall the theme of travel, such as trunks, suitcases and globes, designed to welcome those arriving from afar and make them feel immediately part of the place.

The selection of furnishings completes the atmosphere: vintage lamps, tables, chairs and armchairs, carefully chosen from icons of Italian and international design. These include Carlo Scarpa's “DOGE” table, Bonetto's “Unghia” mirrors, Gio Stoppino's Kartell magazine racks, Enzo Mari's “Frate” tables, Gianfranco Frattini's Cassina chairs, Zanuso armchairs, Eero Saarinen's “Tulip” table and other unique pieces from the 1960s and 1970s.

Even the details speak the language of design: scales from the 1960s, cutlery with a champagne ice finish, cookware designed by Pininfarina. Every choice is designed to offer guests not only comfort, but also the discreet beauty of objects that tell the story of an era.
